The NQAS certificate course is a very useful course for the assessment of government hospitals. It is wonderfully designed, touches all important aspects of what NQAS is about and explains in a lucid way how the entire process of assessment takes place. The concept of Quality assurance quality control and quality improvement are also touched upon. In my opinion, all managers, personnel and doctors dealing with quality in healthcare must equip themselves with this enlightening course.
