Structure of the course is excellent. Faculty is excellent with an exemplary approach in teaching latest concepts of quality care.

The course was extremely helpful and covered the practical aspects which can be implemented in both public and private health facilities. The teaching faculty was friendly and supportive and had enriched experience in the field of Quality which gave the course a more practical touch.

The program is really good and very interactive. Course structure has been developed well. It covers all the aspects of NQAS assessment. I liked the example quoted and practical aspects (photographs, videos) during the program. I am going to conduct gap assessment of my organization as per these requirements. I am also going have a sensitization program for my team on these standards.

The NQAS certificate course is a very useful course for the assessment of government hospitals. It is wonderfully designed, touches all important aspects of what NQAS is about and explains in a lucid way how the entire process of assessment takes place. The concept of Quality assurance quality control and quality improvement are also touched upon. In my opinion, all managers, personnel and doctors dealing with quality in healthcare must equip themselves with this enlightening course.

The healthcare quality movement in India needs 'aha' to lead, mentor, handhold and coordinate with all healthcare providers and this NQAS certification program is the best way to build up 'quality consciousness'.

Programme is really good. The first thing I will do is present in 30 minutes to my leadership at my Institute. Request the Head of the Institute to write to SQAC, to provide customized Standards, ME, Checklists and Checkpoints for our Institute which is a Standalone Oncology Institute. Am able to compile a draft with knowledge through this programme.
