Dr. Negi is an accomplished healthcare professional with exceptional academic credentials and decades of impactful service. He holds an MBBS from Maulana Azad Medical College, Delhi, and a Master of Hospital Administration (MHA) from AIIMS, New Delhi. His specialized training includes Blood Bank Management from the Institute of Immuno-Haematology, KEM Hospital, Mumbai; a Post Graduate Diploma in Health and Hospital Management from IGNOU; a Post Graduate Certificate Course from NIHFW, Munirka; and a Diploma in Naturopathy and Yoga.

With a career marked by vision and execution, Dr. Negi has played a pivotal role in shaping healthcare institutions and services in Delhi. His notable contributions include:

Establishing the North MCD Medical College and the College of Medical Lab Technology.
