Abstract
Large, complex buildings such as hospitals often feel maze-like, particularly for patients and visitors who visit these facilities infrequently. Signage and graphics can help, but they need to work in conjunction with other features as part of a coordinated way finding system. To fill this vacuum and to ensure hassle free access to facilities at institute campus for already aggrieved patients & wandering visitors, a digital solution in the form of Smartphone application was designed. The application was designed after taking feedback from patients regarding the major difficulties they faced during their visit / stay at hospital. This application aims helps in way finding & decrease the information vacuum for the patients visiting hospital and thus to expand patient satisfaction.
