Overview
The AHA-i4MF Incubation Center is a collaborative initiative dedicated to encouraging and supporting innovative ideas within healthcare and hospital administration. Our program provides the essential mentorship and virtual incubation needed to transform visionary concepts into implementable, commercially viable solutions.
Our Year 1 Goals:
- Support 100+ ideas from innovators across the healthcare spectrum.
- Commercialize at least one idea to demonstrate tangible market impact.
- Enhance patient care by nurturing a culture of problem-solving and research.
- Facilitate wealth creation for members through successful healthcare ventures.

Our mentoring sessions are a fixed program designed to provide ongoing support to professionals, researchers, and students.
- When: 2nd Saturday of every month.
- Time: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM.
- Format: Virtual/Online.

Program Structure: Hub and Spoke Model
We utilize a Hub and Spoke model to ensure innovation reaches every corner of the AHA network.
- The Hub (Central Organization): Manages the i4AHA Incubation Center and provides virtual incubation services.
- The Spokes (Member Institutes): Hospitals and institutes setup "INV8-Cells" (Innovation & Incubation Cells) to host local ideation contests, hackathons, and networking events.
Scope of Services
Our program offers comprehensive support for scalable ideas at any stage of development.
- Mentoring: Business, technical, regulatory approvals, and funding guidance.
- Funding Enablement: Support for fund-raising activities.
- Education: Dedicated events and sessions to educate startups and innovators.
- Horizontal Services: Future support will include marketing, accounting, IP protection, and recruitment.
Note on Exclusions: Currently, the program does not provide direct startup investment or physical incubation space.
Fee Structure
The program is self-funded through revenue-generating activities and low-cost participation fees.
