A Practicing Hospital Administrator in Health Care for 13 years since voluntary retirement from Army in the rank of Colonel. Since then have been Healthcare practice leader  in top Consulting firms such as ICRA, E&Y, IPE Global and headed many complex  national and international assignment in Healthcare. This included, policy, quality, project development, feasibility and market study as main thematic areas. Also started a transformation and turnaround practice in h which was a novel product line in healthcare consulting. Subsequently moved to leadership roles in hospital operation as Vice President in Columbia Asia and Chief Operating Officer in Apollo Hospitals. Currently on a mixed bag assignment with Tata Trusts as deputed Chief Operating Officer of Section 8 Company, Assam Cancer Care Foundation; which involves project development, setting up cancer hospital and overseeing sustainable operations in affordable cancer care segment. This is one of its kind cancer care network in worlds and has been endorsed buy government of India for replication by rest of India.
