Abstract
Patient Loyalty assessment has been consistently reported as a key issue for hospitals and healthcare providers throughout the world. Though considerable empirical research on patient satisfaction is done, butsufficient literature is not available on Patient Loyalty. The present investigation is aimed at identifying the constituent factors of Patient Loyalty. Data was collected from patients both from hospital and clinics. A total sample of 211 patients was approached for identifying the factors constituting Patient Loyalty. The findings  of the study have implicationsfor the hospital, healthcare providers, researchers and policy makers who are part of the healthcare system.
